Overview:
Role Overview
The ITSM Analyst - Telecom is responsible for managing telecom inventory, billing, vendor coordination, and cost optimization across the enterprise. This role focuses on consolidating telecom platforms, improving billing accuracy, ensuring contract compliance, and delivering actionable reporting and metrics to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
  • Consolidate telecom inventory and develop a single enterprise billing platform
  • Build and manage a telecom cost structure to improve financial transparency and savings
  • Forecast telecom run rates and monitor cost trends
  • Develop and manage processes for ordering, modifying, and disconnecting services
  • Support telecom billing lifecycle and deployment activities with IT and field teams
  • Lead TEM platform integration and migration, ensuring accurate reporting and metrics
  • Oversee telecom vendors and third-party providers to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Audit, validate, and ensure accuracy of telecom billing and chargeback models
  • Monitor contract compliance, SLAs, KPIs, and cost-saving opportunities
  • Support RFP processes and evaluate telecom contracts and service agreements
  • Manage vendor SLAs and deliver performance reports to senior leadership
  • Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews with telecom vendors
  • Ensure regulatory compliance including BSA, AML, and related policies
