Job Summary

Seeking a Product Manager โ€“ Telecom Data Engineering to drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of data products supporting RAN KPIs, fault monitoring, network alerts, performance analytics, and operational insights. The role requires close collaboration with telecom SMEs, data engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions on cloud platforms.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Define product strategy and roadmap for telecom data platforms.
  • Gather and prioritize requirements related to RAN KPIs, fault alarms, network health, and service assurance.
  • Work with data engineering teams to build ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, and ADF.
  • Define data models, dashboards, KPI metrics, and alerting requirements.
  • Manage product backlog, user stories, sprint planning, and releases.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement across Network Operations, Engineering, and Business teams.

Required Skills

  • Product Management / Product Owner experience
  • Telecom domain knowledge (RAN, OSS, Fault Management, Performance Management, Network KPIs)
  • Data Engineering concepts (Data Lake, ETL/ELT, Data Warehousing)
  • Azure Data Platform, Databricks, Snowflake, SQL
  • Agile / Scrum and stakeholder management

Preferred

  • Experience with real-time alerting and telecom monitoring platforms.
  • Knowledge of 4G/5G networks, network observability, and AI-driven operations.
