This training typically covers essential skills like team leadership, communication, conflict resolution, scheduling, and compliance with company policies. The goal is to ensure that supervisors can effectively manage their teams, maintain productivity, and create a positive work environment. Employers often provide this training to help new or prospective supervisors transition smoothly into their roles.
