Job Title

Established in 1953, Per Mar Security Services is the largest, family-owned, full-service security company in the Midwest with more than 2,600 team members, operating in 25 branch locations. The company provides full-service security solutions for homes and businesses, including security officer services, smart home automation, burglar and fire alarms, access control, security cameras, alarm monitoring, investigative services, and background checks.

Job Skills / Requirements

Schedule: Saturday and Sunday - 2 pm- 10 pm

Objectives:

  • Ensure a safe environment with active patrol and active monitoring
  • Safeguard personnel, company assets, customers, and visitors
  • Respond immediately and appropriately to incidents as they arise
  • Collaborate with on-site team and management, and with Per Mar supervisors

Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle and walking patrol of the campus, secure buildings, doors, gates, etc. regardless of weather conditions
  • Extensive monitoring of surveillance and access control equipment
  • Answer incoming calls and assist callers
  • Complete daily reports as needed
  • Secure building access points depending on shift
  • Investigate and take appropriate action as situations arise

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Skilled with computers, security equipment, and surveillance systems
  • Experience in one of the following fields:
    • Security
    • Law Enforcement/Political Science
    • Military
    • Criminal Justice/Corrections
    • Military/EMS
  • Current WI Security License
Education Requirements (All)

High School Diploma/GED

Certification Requirements (All)

Private Security License

This is a Part-Time position 2nd Shift, Weekends.
