Job Description
  • 2nd shift  Hours are from 3:00pm to 11:30pm
  • Operate machines that insert/fold printed matter, such as letters or booklets into folders or envelops
  • Set up and adjust the machine to operate efficiently
  • Oversee output and make adjustments as necessary
Qualifications
  • Requires excellent knowledge of standard set ups, adjustments and operating characteristics of the equipment and skill to perform standard adjustments and operate the equipment
  • Ability to set up, operate, and perform basic adjustments to the equipment according to the individual job requirements, operating characteristics, and capabilities of the equipment.

The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $17.80 - $25.50 / hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include [a sign-on bonus of $XXXX,] overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
