How much do roofers charge hourly?

What is the 25% rule for roofing?

The 25% rule in roofing refers to the guideline that no more than 25% of a roof's surface should be replaced or repaired at one time to ensure proper structural integrity and avoid unnecessary costs. Adhering to this rule helps maintain the roof's durability and safety during the project.
