Interim HealthCare is seeking a private duty nurse to care for a client in her home where she lives with her parents. Client will need assistance with ADLs, medication management and gtube maintenance as well as.   • Provide home-based care to patients with illnesses, injuries and chronic diseases—often after discharge from a hospital, rehab or nursing facility
