Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join our team at Olympia Convalescent Hospital in Los Angeles, CA. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care. Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN), you will:
  • Assist medication and treatment nurses to ensure quality resident care
  • Supervise workflow to ensure quality resident care
  • Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients
  • Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
  • Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
  • Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
