Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Develop, execute, and maintain automated and manual test solutions for enterprise web applications throughout the SDLC.
  2. Design and enhance test automation frameworks, performance testing strategies, and workflow-driven testing processes.
  3. Validate application functionality, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality software releases.
  4. Support continuous testing, test script automation, version control, and quality assurance best practices across software development initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

7 years of experience in software quality assurance, test automation, web application testing, performance testing, database validation, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) support.

Technical Skills
