POSITION SUMMARY:
  • Provide operational and financial support to practice leadership by monitoring key performance metrics, productivity, budgets, and practice operations.
  • Coordinate physician onboarding, licensing, credentialing, payroll, quality management programs, and ongoing compliance initiatives.
  • Manage accounts payable, expense approvals, supply ordering, financial reporting, and tracking tools to support operational efficiency.
  • Partner with physicians and leadership on budgeting, special projects, scheduling, billing compliance, and practice improvement initiatives.
  • Support teammate performance, communication, and collaboration while assisting leadership with day-to-day operational management and strategic priorities.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred with 5+ years of healthcare administration, management, or radiology practice experience.
  • 2+ years of financial analysis, accounting, or related experience with strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and Tableau or similar analytics tools.
  • Experience working closely with physicians and healthcare leadership to support operational, financial, and strategic initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and within a collaborative team environment.
