Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions, develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, and ensure ongoing documentation aligns with company policies.
  • Manage a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, providing a consistent therapeutic presence and support for each client's journey.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining clear communication with clients and collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Employ innovative therapeutic interventions and approaches tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, enhancing their personal growth and goal achievement.
  • Prepare and submit timely individual documentation for each session to uphold the standards of clinical accountability.
  • Coordinate and communicate necessary services with case managers, family members, medical personnel, and school staff, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role specifically targets individuals and families dealing with a range of mental health issues, including children, adolescents, couples, and families in need of therapeutic intervention. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
  • A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist is required.
  • Strong familiarity with mental health documentation practices, including completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
  • Proven experience working with a diverse range of demographics, including children, adolescents, and families.
  • Excellent skills in written and verbal communication to foster effective interactions with clients and team members.

  • A readiness to pass a comprehensive background check as part of the hiring process.
