  • Professional Liability
  • Construction
  • Insurance Coverage and Bad faith
  • Healthcare

Positions are available in the firm’s Delaware office, with flexible hybrid or fully remote options (in-office presence required only for hearings, depositions, or trial).

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategy and provide timely updates

  • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials as needed

  • Build client relationships while contributing to the firm’s collaborative and supportive culture

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school

  • Licensed and admitted to practice in Delaware (or pending admission)

  • 2+ civil litigation experience in one or more of the areas listed above

  • Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

  • Trial experience is a plus but not required

Compensation & Benefits
