Job description

The Only Facial is seeking a talented freelance graphic designer to support our growing franchise system. We are looking for someone who can work within established brand standards while helping franchise owners create high-quality marketing materials for their local businesses.
This is a flexible, remote, part-time freelance opportunity.
About the Role
As our preferred freelance graphic designer, you will work directly with franchise owners to create marketing assets that align with The Only Facial brand. You will serve as an approved design resource for franchisees while maintaining consistency across all locations.
Projects may include:
  • Social media graphics
  • Grand opening marketing materials
  • Local event promotions
  • Print collateral
  • Flyers and postcards
  • Email graphics
  • Recruitment marketing materials
  • Community partnership promotions

Compensation
This is an independent contractor position.
  • Designers will bill franchise owners directly for their services.
  • Designers will establish their own rates and invoice franchisees directly.
  • The Only Facial is not responsible for project billing or payment collection.
  • Work volume will vary based on franchisee demand.
