Job description

About CurifyLabs
CurifyLabs is pioneering 3D printing solutions for personalized medicine. We partner with compounding pharmacies to streamline production, expand what they can offer, and ultimately improve patient care - making personalized treatments faster, safer, and more accessible to the people who need them.
We're looking for a
Senior Marketing Specialist
with a strong visual eye and real fluency in the U.S. compounding pharmacy space to lead how CurifyLabs shows up in the market. You'll own the marketing toolkit that makes our story land - campaigns, content, conference presence, sales collateral, social, and the visual language that ties it all together.
You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Customer Success and Commercial teams to turn complex science into clear, compelling stories that speak directly to pharmacists, pharmacy owners, and the broader compounding community. If you can spot a misaligned logo from across the room and also explain 503A vs 503B without breaking a sweat, we want to talk.
What You'll Do
โ€ข Develop and execute the U.S. marketing plan - campaigns, content, events, and channel strategy.
โ€ข Lead the visual identity of our U.S. presence: presentations, sales collateral, social, website assets, booth design.
โ€ข Translate technical and clinical content into approachable, persuasive marketing material.
โ€ข Plan and run our presence at key compounding pharmacy conferences and industry events.
โ€ข Build customer stories and case studies in close partnership with our pharmacy customers.
โ€ข Partner with the global marketing and product teams in Helsinki to keep the brand consistent across regions.
โ€ข Track campaign performance and refine based on what actually moves the needle.
What We're Looking For
โ€ข Several years in B2B marketing, ideally with exposure to pharmacy, pharma, healthcare, or life sciences.
โ€ข Working knowledge of the U.S. compounding pharmacy landscape - 503A/503B, key associations (APC, PCCA, NCPA), and the regulatory backdrop.
โ€ข Strong visual eye and design sensibility - comfortable directing or producing clean, on-brand assets in Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Cloud.
โ€ข Excellent writer who can hold a consistent brand voice across long-form, social, and sales material.
โ€ข Self-directed and at ease working independently in a remote, fast-moving environment.
โ€ข Bonus: existing relationships in the U.S. compounding pharmacy community, or experience launching a product into U.S. pharmacy channels.
Why CurifyLabs
โ€ข Join a category-defining company genuinely changing what pharmacies can offer their patients.
โ€ข Own the U.S. marketing function for an emerging product - high impact, high visibility, real creative latitude.
โ€ข Collaborate with an international, mission-driven team that takes the work seriously and each other a little less so.
โ€ข See your work translate directly into pharmacies adopting the technology and patients getting better care.
How to Apply
If this sounds like you, send your CV along salary expectations and a short pitch video through our recruitment portal no later than 14th of July. We look forward to drive innovation together with you!
