Location: Mountain View, CA Salary: $90.00 USD Hourly - $100.00 USD Hourly Description:
Job Description: Security Review Support Specialist (XR / Android)
  • Role Overview: specialist to handle a surge in New Product Introduction (NPI) security work for the XR team, ensuring upcoming products launch securely and on schedule.
  • Duration: ~6 months

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage the security review pipeline for incoming XR devices and features.
  • Conduct code reviews, security evaluations, and assessments focusing on Android environments and application packages (APKs).
  • Track and ensure the timely remediation of security findings prior to product release.
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering and development teams to keep review operations running smoothly.

Key Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with Android security, APK analysis, code reviews, and vulnerability management.
  • Industry Background: Strong preference for candidates with prior security engineering experience at major tech organizations
  • Operational Skills: Excellent pipeline management, communication, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration skills.
