What is an Hourly Perl Contract?

An Hourly Perl Contract refers to a work arrangement where a Perl programmer is hired on an hourly basis, rather than as a full-time employee or for a fixed project fee. These contracts are typically used for short-term projects, maintenance, or specialized scripting tasks requiring Perl expertise.
