Each position has different duties and responsibilities:Job Responsibilities:Responsible for the preparation of certain food itemsResponsible for greeting guests and taking their orders accurately in a friendly manner.This position requires knowledge of the menu items and their ingredients and packaging as well as familiarity with the step-by-step procedure for making various food and beverage products. Some positions require the preparation of food and beverage items and the crew member is responsible for maintaining quality standards of the products prepared.Responsible for friendly and efficient customer service.
