Our blue-chip customer base includes the U.S. Army, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Navy, and a majority of U.S. law enforcement agencies, as well as foreign military and security forces.

Position Overview

The Warehouse Worker plays a critical role in supporting CSI’s operations by handling, organizing, and maintaining inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety standards and ISO procedures.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production and shipping deadlines.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
  • Forklift certification a plus (training available).

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
