Position: Executive Assistant to President, Television

Role Description:
We are seeking an ambitious and hardworking Executive Assistant to support the President of Television. This role calls for adaptability and strong performance in the fast-paced world television development and production.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Anticipate the business needs of the President of Television, relying on experience and judgement to provide executive-level administrative support to plan and accomplish tasks
- Manage the calendar, phone sheets, and expenses of the President, TV
- Keep the President, TV organized and on-schedule with meetings
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls
- Book and coordinate travel as needed
- Track script and material submissions, and maintain internal documentation, in tandem with the Development team
- Prepare internal and external documents for team members and industry partners
- Serve as the administrative liaison with internal team members and industry partners
- Develop a rapport and sustain a level of professionalism among all staff and partners
- Fulfill ad hoc requests including but not limited to note taking, research, and editing documents
Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years Executive Assistant experience managing heavy phones and scheduling
- 1-2 years of relevant agency, studio, or production company experience preferred
- Must be detail oriented, with an ability to multi-task
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
- Possess a genuine interest in TV development and production, and studio operations
Hiring Salary Range is $21 to $22/hour, dependent on experience and level. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including, but not limited to, market demands, experience/training, and education.
