About the Role:

The Hourly Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of hourly staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. This position is responsible for managing team performance, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The Hourly Manager will coordinate scheduling, handle employee relations, and address any operational challenges that arise during shifts. By fostering a positive work environment and leading by example, the manager helps drive team productivity and morale. Ultimately, this role ensures that business objectives are met while supporting the growth and development of hourly employees.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
  • Strong understanding of hourly workforce management and scheduling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:
