Description:

S.C.A.R., Inc. is a repossession company that has been in the industry for nearly 15 years. We believe our success is built on the foundation of loyalty, honesty, employee wellbeing, and client satisfaction. We are team-oriented and goal-driven. We believe in promoting from within when applicable and we operate in multiple markets throughout Texas, so a change of location may also be available. The typical workweek is five consecutive days, starting Sunday, from 4 PM until 4 AM with a 1-hour lunch break at 9 PM.


Field Investigators are asked to;

  • Follow company policy and procedures
  • Provide detailed updates on account activities
  • Follow assigned routes for maximum data collection
  • Keep a clean & well-conditioned company vehicle

Compensation:

Our field investigators earn an average of $36,000.00 annually, with some earning $5k to $15k more. We offer base hourly pay, commission, performance bonuses, and employer-sponsored health insurance.


Requirements:

The applicant must:

  • be at least 23 years of age and possess a valid Texas driver's license.
  • be able to pass pre-employment and unannounced drug screens throughout employment.
  • not have more than 1 moving violation within the last 3 years.
  • not have any felony convictions within the past 7 years.
  • meet work schedule expectations.

The applicant should:

  • be experienced with basic computer and typing skills.
  • be comfortable with driving extended hours.
  • be comfortable working evenings and nights.
