Job description

Shift: 2pm-12:30am (Mon-Thurs)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Wire Harness Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will assemble electrical wire harnesses and cable assemblies by following work instructions, blueprints, and quality standards. No prior experience is required - training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble wire harnesses, cables, and electrical components according to specifications
  • Cut, strip, crimp, route, and connect wires using hand tools and equipment
  • Read and follow assembly drawings, work instructions, and diagrams
  • Perform visual inspections to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Report material shortages, defects, or production issues to supervisors
  • Meet daily production and quality goals
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to use basic hand tools and small equipment
  • Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
  • Basic understanding of measuring tools and color coding is a plus
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds during shifts
Preferred Skills:
  • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience (preferred but not required)
  • Familiarity with IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards is a plus
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
Work Environment:
  • Manufacturing/production floor environment
  • Repetitive hand movements required
  • May require overtime based on production needs
