Job description

1st and 2nd Shift - General Labor
Location:Hartford, WI
Join our dynamic manufacturing team! As a General Labor associate, you will play a vital role in our production process, working either the day shift (1st shift) or evening shift (2nd shift).
In this position, your key responsibilities will include:
- Operating production equipment to assemble and fabricate metal components
- Performing quality checks and inspections to ensure product specifications are met
- Handling and moving materials, supplies, and finished goods
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment- Paint masking for the powder coat paint line- Light assembly, broach, and surface grinding
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
- Basic math skills to measure and track production metrics
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
