Job description

Position Summary
Position Summary:
The Production team at Light & Wonder is a critical part of the company's success. This team works hard to ensure orders go out efficiently to our customers all over the world. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible to move materials throughout the facility on foot, assemble large and heavy components, and utilize material handling equipment in our Las Vegas warehouse, while maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Collect and prepare necessary materials for assembly.
• Follow work orders, company procedures, and area lead instructions. Assemble units, parts of units, monitors, consoles, brackets, and other parts.
• Work responsibly and efficiently while adhering to all safety rules and policies.
• Comply with Company's attendance policy by maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Perform all required functions in warehouse management system as trained.
• Use a desktop computer to complete necessary transactions.
• Communicate via company email.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a warehouse environment.
• High school graduate or equivalent - must be able to verify.
• Must be at least 18 years of age, as required by law.
Preferred Traits, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Experience or willingness to learn to operate a forklift, hand and electric pallet jacks.
• Experience with hand tools and RF scanners.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 60lbs continuously throughout a shift.
• Ability to stand and/or walk throughout the warehouse for extended periods of time.
• Use of arms, hands, legs and back is required for repetitive motions of lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting.
Work Conditions:
• May require weekends and evening hours.
