Job Summary: Component Assembler (Light Mechanical) - EXP
Location: Kennesaw, GA 30144 | Schedule: Mon-Thurs, 4pm-2:30am | Pay: $18/hr
About the Role
Join our production team as a Component Assembler and play a crucial part in building high-quality products for a leading organization. This hands-on position is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy consistent work with growth potential. You'll work standard evening shifts with the opportunity for overtime, collaborating with supportive colleagues in a team-focused setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform repetitive, detail-oriented assembly of large or medium-sized components by hand
- Execute slide-line assembly, pulling parts, silkscreening, and post, test, and final assembly tasks
- Accurately read and follow work instructions in English
- Maintain production schedules and meet daily output goals
- Organize and store stock, ensuring efficient workflow
- Lift components up to 30 lbs as needed
- Contribute to a safe, quality-driven workplace by following established procedures
Required Skills and Experience
- 1-3 years of relevant assembly or production experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read and comprehend English instructions
- Basic math proficiency (percentages and portions)
- Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Mechanically inclined with a commitment to quality
