We are a boutique wellness and medical aesthetics practice specializing in regenerative medicine, aesthetic injectables, hormones, weight management, and longevity-focused care.

Position Highlights

What You'll Do
  • Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Perform neuromodulator treatments including Dysport, Botox, and Daxxify
  • Administer dermal fillers including Juvederm, Restylane, and regenerative injectables
  • Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including biofillers and regenerative procedures
  • Educate patients regarding treatment options, outcomes, and aftercare
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and treatment records
  • Collaborate with physicians and leadership to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
  • Contribute to a luxury patient experience built on trust, education, and results
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations, protocols, and safety standards
Required Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse license in North Carolina
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience using cannulas and dermal fillers
  • Experience with neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Daxxify)
  • Experience with dermal fillers including Juvederm and Restylane
  • Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic balancing
  • Experience independently assessing and treating aesthetic patients
  • Experience working within a physician-supervised medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic medicine practice
  • Excellent communication and patient relationship-building skills
  • Professional, dependable, and highly ethical approach to patient care
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with regenerative aesthetics and biofillers
  • Experience with microneedling and laser-based treatments
  • Interest in functional medicine, hormone optimization, weight loss, and longevity medicine
  • Strong consultation and treatment planning skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
  • Positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning
