Inventory Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time Hours

Schedule: Flexible Work Schedule, Varied Shift Times, Every Other Weekend Rotation

Targeted Pay Range: $16 -19 per hour.

(Starting rate of pay varies based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.)

What you'll do in this role:

Our Inventory Specialist is the store's primary inventory auditor. You will be responsible for verifying accuracy of all counts and immediately communicate high dollar losses to management. You will also be responsible for analyzing shrink data, researching & tracking all major discrepancies, training staff on inventory management, reviewing current merchandise security, as well as other duties assigned by management. We strive to leave all customers with a smile on their face and plans to shop with us again!
