About the Job RN Case Manager $113/hr - Bronx, NY

Job Title: RN Case Management Location: Bronx, NY Local Pay Rate: $113/hr Travel Package:

  • Hourly Rate: $54.83
  • Weekly Stipend: $2128.00 ($553.00 - Weekly Meal + $1575.00 - Weekly Lodging)
  • Gross Weekly Pay: $4020

Shift: 8am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday (no weekends and no holidays) Start Date: 06/10/2024, or later Assignment Length: 13 Weeks

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be experienced in CAREPORT, MCG, Interqual, and Allscripts.
  • BSN, PRI, and Screen certifications required.
  • Facility is looking for candidates with a positive attitude.
  • Candidates should have strong Case Manager experience and utilization review experience is highly preferred.
  • Capable of doing discharge planning and referrals to Nursing Homes, Home Care, etc.
  • Candidates may be working on various units such as family medicine, stepdown/med/surg, pulmonary.
  • Candidates must be cleared before starting orientation but can start before completing orientation.
