About the Role:

Top client in the Memphis, Tennessee area is looking for a dependable and professional X-Ray Technologist to join our growing medical imaging team. This position plays a vital role in patient care, helping clinicians diagnose and treat a wide variety of conditions through high-quality imaging. If you're passionate about diagnostic radiology and patient-first care, we want to hear from you.


Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and emergency diagnostic X-ray procedures with precision and care.

  • Ensure proper positioning and radiation protection for patients and staff.

  • Use imaging systems (CR/DR/PACS) to capture and submit images for radiologist review.

  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of equipment and exam rooms.

  • Verify patient identity and educate patients on the imaging process.

  • Monitor patients during procedures to ensure safety and comfort.

  • Follow departmental and regulatory protocols, including HIPAA compliance.


Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.

  • ARRT certification (R) required.

  • CPR/BLS certification.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with digital imaging systems preferred.
