We are searching for a passionate, hands-on Center Manager to lead the charge with a collaborative approach, delivering unforgettable experiences for pets and their families.  We currently have over 80 locations in twenty-six states coast-to-coast and have been in business for 30 years.   

 Lead the Way:

  • Be the trusted leader for our furry guests and their people. Ensure pets feel safe, cared for, and loved at every moment.
  • Oversee daily care routines like feeding, medicating, grooming, exercise, and playtime—creating happy tails and wagging smiles (must be able to lift large dogs).
  • Keep meticulous records to guarantee each pet’s health and behavior is closely monitored.

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. The hourly pay range for this position is $42.00 – $45.00 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including experience, qualifications, schedule availability, geographic location, and business needs. This position may also be eligible for incentives and overtime opportunities, where applicable. Where required by law, employees will be compensated at least the applicable minimum wage for all hours worked.
