JOB TITLE:Club Attendant

DIVISION: Club Solitude / Lodging

REPORTS TO: Club Solitude Manager

LOCATION:Club Solitude/Eagle Springs East

CLASSIFICATION:Full or Part Time/Seasonal or Year Round/Hourly

PURPOSE OF POSITION:The Club Attendant greets and assists all lodging guests and owners while monitoring, cleaning, and maintaining the different club areas. This position maintains a professional attitude and appearance providing the best customer service possible.

SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must have good verbal and written communication skills

Must be flexible - Able and willing to work weekends, evenings and holidays

Punctual and reliable

Multi-tasking and attention to detail

Self-motivated

Friendly and professional

Organized

Physical requirements may include standing, sitting, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and pushing/pulling up to 50 Pounds

Effective conflict management and decision-making skills

Ability to use, and proficiency with, a variety of computer applications

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet, assist and respond to the requests of all guests and owners

Maintain control and safety of Club Solitude by following all SVMA rules, policies and procedures

Monitor cleanliness and safety at all times

Test the chemical levels in the swimming pool and hot tub using a color chart

Work with maintenance department to fill chemicals in swimming pool or hot tub if needed

Replace and encode owner and employee Ving keys as needed

Issue temporary key cards for real estate following SVMA Ving key policy and procedure
