We are looking for a Customer Service Representative/Project Scheduler to join our Pennsylvania team. In this role you will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Interpersonal skills both in person and over the phone as well as email writing proficiency are very important in this role.

Job Duties Include:

  • Enter and download customer orders
  • Assign orders to shipping trucks
  • Print & distribute paperwork to produce orders to the factory floor
  • Invoice customer for shipped orders
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and material
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone and email
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, temperature scans, etc.)
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Customer Service Rep
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
  • Hands on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Flexible with multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred but not required
  • 2 years of previous related experience
  • Attendance is crucial in this role
