You'll perform seasonal maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, repair equipment, and evaluate system performance to help homeowners maintain reliable comfort throughout the year.You'll service furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, air handlers, thermostats, indoor air quality products, and other residential HVAC equipment. You'll communicate findings clearly, explain repair and replacement options, recommend maintenance solutions when appropriate, and help homeowners make informed decisions about their comfort systems without relying on high-pressure sales tactics.You'll also maintain accurate service documentation, keep your company vehicle clean and organized, follow company safety standards, and work closely with dispatch to ensure efficient scheduling and exceptional customer satisfaction.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking experienced residential HVAC professionals with strong diagnostic, maintenance, and troubleshooting abilities. Candidates should be comfortable working independently while managing multiple service calls each day and providing outstanding customer service.EPA Certification is required. Applicants must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship. Experience servicing residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, indoor air quality systems, and related HVAC equipment is strongly preferred.Successful candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and motivated to continue expanding their technical knowledge while building lasting relationships with customers.ScheduleMonday through Friday with a typical schedule of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
