Position Summary: 

The Maintenance Technician is a hands-on, field-based role responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining vacation rental properties across Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, independent judgment, and the ability to prioritize maintenance needs in real time. Technicians play a critical role in protecting property conditions and ensuring positive guest experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform general maintenance and repair work across multiple properties

  • Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, appliance, HVAC, and basic tech issues

  • Respond to urgent maintenance requests and on-call needs

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and internal teams

  • Document work completed, time, and materials using company systems

  • Operate a company vehicle safely and responsibly

  • Follow safety procedures, standards, and best practices

  • Support rotating schedules, weekends, and peak-season demands

Qualifications: 
  • Valid driver’s license with no suspensions in the past 5 years

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on handyman or general repair experience, including basic plumbing, electrical, appliance, or carpentry work

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize maintenance requests, and manage time across multiple properties

  • Comfortable using mobile apps or systems to document work completed, time, and materials used

  • Willingness to work weekends, rotating shifts, and on-call schedules as needed


Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of facilities, hotel, or property maintenance experience

  • STR or multi-unit property maintenance background

  • Experience troubleshooting TVs, internet, and smart devices

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $17 - $23 hourly pending experience, with an opportunity to earn more through bonuses and company growth.
