Job Description Maintenance Technician - Dawson, GAThis is a full-time, hourly position with Growth Potential!*This role will start between $24.00 and $30.00 hourly and is not entry level. *This position will work nights only - with a 2/2/3 rotation 8pm to 8am starting after May 5th, 2026 and there will not be an on-call rotation after this time.Until May 5th this position will be required to work 7am-4pm with a substantial amount of overtime during the plant closure. The ideal candidate will need to have open availability. The Maintenance Technician provides maintenance support, which includes preventative maintenance work and routine maintenance on production equipment.Job DescriptionRespond to requests to address and diagnose operation mechanical problems where equipment is not operating correctlyDisassemble, repair, replace, rebuild, and install mechanical equipment in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specificationsPerform regular inspections of production equipment and performing preventive maintenance dutiesCollaborate with management and other colleagues in decisions concerning maintenance problems regarding equipmentFabricate parts for use in maintenance and/or electrical tasksWeld parts for use in maintenance and/or electrical tasksPerform semi-skilled to unskilled labor duties related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of various equipmentProvide on-call coverageResponsible for ensuring work area is kept cleanOrder and inventory parts, equipment and/or tools as assigned by leadOther responsibilities and tasks as assigned by managementMinimum RequirementsPromotes the ADM Way and Core ValuesHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent1-3 years of prior maintenance experience, preferably in an industrial manufacturing environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsADM requires the successful completion of a background check. REF:107346BR Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
