Role Overview

As a Shuttle Driver / Service Porter, you'll be responsible for safely transporting customers to and from the dealership while their vehicles are being serviced. This position involves significant driving, with our shuttle vehicle averaging approximately 40,000 miles annually. During downtime between shuttle runs, you'll assist with various dealership support duties to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Shuttle Driver / Service Porter Job Responsibilities

  • Safely transport customers to and from designated locations.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and represent the dealership professionally.

  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the shuttle vehicle.

  • Assist with cleaning dealership facilities, customer areas, and service lanes.
