Job Summary:
Monogram Foods is a leading food manufacturer specializing in delivering quality foods and snacks. As a Specialist Engineer in Data & Analytics, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights to enhance business operations.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reports that deliver clear, actionable insights.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into analytics solutions.
• Define and deliver meaningful KPIs and metrics within your assigned domain.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and trustworthiness following governance standards.
• Investigate and resolve data or reporting issues using proven technical solutions.
• Monitor report usage and recommend practical improvements.
• Work with modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric and Delta Lake.
• Share knowledge and provide informal guidance to
• Lead small, well‑defined analytics efforts as needed.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills
• Strong leadership, communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• 3–7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting roles
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI, including DAX and Power Query (M)
• Experience with cloud‑based data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure analytics services, or Delta Lake
Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or B2B environments is a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations data is a plus
