  • Assist the Foreman or Supervisor in daily electrical tasks
  • Install various types of raceways (EMT, Rigid, PVC, etc.), ranging from ½' to 4'
  • Bend conduit using tools such as hand benders, electric benders, hydraulic benders, and hot boxes
  • Install and connect conductors (feeders, branch circuits, and controls)
  • Work with electrical equipment, including: MDP, MCC, HV/LV Panelboards
  • Starters, VFDs, Soft Starts, PLCs
  • Follow NEC standards and safety regulations to ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with the team to complete projects safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site

Qualifications & Skills

  • Working understanding of PLCs, Controls, VFDs, and Soft Starts
  • Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
  • Experience using power tools (drills, saws, wrenches, sockets, etc.)
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb, squat, kneel, and bend for extended periods
  • Comfortable working at elevated heights and using safety harnesses
  • Must be able to wear PPE (Safety Glasses, Hard Hat, Safety Shoes, Gloves, Respirators, etc.)
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Valid Driver's License required (must have a clean driving record)
  • Must be comfortable using a computer for basic correspondence (emails, reports, etc.)
  • Willingness to travel up to 25 percent for projects (per diem provided)
  • Journeymen Electrical License
  • Will consider candidates with at least two years of Commercial/Industrial experience with the starting hourly rate consummate with experience
  • Ability to commute or relocate to mid-Missouri before starting
