The Opportunity

You will serve as the operational backbone of our field teams, ensuring that every vehicle, piece of heavy machinery, and material delivery is synchronized for peak performance. This role offers the unique challenge of blending mechanical expertise with logistical strategy for a company that has maintained a stable, layoff-free environment for over 30 years.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Execute preventative maintenance and repairs on specialized equipment including scissor lifts, boom lifts, and telehandlers to minimize downtime.
  • Direct the daily service and safety inspections for the company fleet, including sales vehicles, pickup trucks, and trailers.
  • Coordinate complex inbound and outbound logistics by scheduling deliveries and managing transport company relationships.
  • Administer comprehensive maintenance logs and machinery location records using digital tracking systems to ensure operational transparency.
  • Organize the central metal fabrication shop and warehouse to maintain a high-standard, safe, and productive workflow environment.
  • Facilitate project success by verifying, tagging, and delivering job-specific materials to foremen and project managers at various sites.
  • Monitor inventory levels and bulk fuel/DEF supplies to prevent shortages and maintain continuous field operations.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience in logistics coordination, shop supervision, or a similar mechanical fleet role.
  • Demonstrated mechanical ability to diagnose and repair diverse construction equipment and vehicles.
  • Proficiency in operating heavy machinery, including forklifts and boom lifts, in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple delivery schedules under pressure.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the physical ability to lift and move heavy materials.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Completion of a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Advanced computer skills for logging service records and managing digital inventory systems.
  • Prior experience in a leadership or coordination role within the commercial contracting industry.
