Job description


The beautiful and iconic Hilton Anatole is looking for a Senior Outlet Sales Manager to join our team!
This is an exciting opportunity to showcase and sell some of our hotel's unique and dynamic outlet spaces to hotel guests and groups. The Senior Outlet Sales Manager will play a key role in driving revenue and creating memorable experiences by collaborating across our diverse portfolio of outlets, including SER Steakhouse,
Jade Waters, Rathskeller, Topgolf, Saloon/Ski Lodge, and upcoming next year Gossip.
Rotating Monthly Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. & Tuesday - Saturday 8am-5pm, with flexibility to accommodate groups as needed
Hourly: This is an hourly, non-exempt manager position that includes a quarterly incentive plan equal to 2% of Food & Beverage (F&B) and rental revenue booked and actualized during the quarter.

Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
  • Grow catering market segments: Solicit new client relationships, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts to close new business
  • Cultivate client relationships: Maintain strong connections with existing corporate and social accounts to secure repeat business
  • Create exceptional experiences: Design creative menus and catered events that maximize revenue and elevate the guest experience
  • Oversee event coordination: Manage event documentation, facilitate seamless transitions throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event phases of events, and serve as the primary client contact to ensure smooth execution, proactive issue resolution, and an exceptional event experience
  • Guide team performance: Communicate client requirements, provide direction, and offer feedback and coaching to ensure consistent, high-level service
