CMM Programmer
Location: Indianapolis, IN

This role isn't about simply maintaining a CMM. It's about rebuilding processes, improving systems, and raising quality standards. If you take pride in precision, process ownership, and accountability, this could be a strong fit.

What You'll Do

  • Program and operate CMM equipment (PC-DMIS or similar)

  • Take ownership of first article, in-process, and final inspections

  • Develop and improve inspection processes-not just follow existing ones

  • Collaborate with engineering and production to identify and resolve issues

  • Support new product launches with effective inspection planning

  • Contribute to elevating overall quality standards
