Founded in 1936, GEICO is a member of the Berkshire Hathaway family of companies and one of the largest auto insurers in the United States. • Develop, support, and maintain testing orchestrations and automated execution workflows.
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and communicate risks and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and testing teams to improve quality and testing efficiency.
  • Contribute to the ongoing modernization of testing practices across the Claims Platform organization.
  • Train, mentor, and share best practices with team members as automation capabilities continue to expand.
  • Participate in projects supporting new platform development, enhancements, and enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts focused on increasing automation coverage and testing effectiveness.
Required Qualifications

  • Experience building and executing automated test cases.
  • Experience with test orchestration tools, workflows, or automation platforms.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior software testing and automation experience.
  • Experience implementing automated testing solutions in a technology environment.
  • Strong technical foundation and ability to learn a new business domain quickly.
  • Ability to contribute without requiring extensive training in both insurance concepts and automation fundamentals simultaneously.
  • Experience with both coded and codeless automation testing tools.
  • Claims platform or insurance industry experience.
  • First-party medical claims knowledge.
  • Experience supporting centralized service organizations.
  • Experience analyzing large datasets using Excel or similar tools to identify trends, root causes, and recommendations.
