Job Description

Within this role, our Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) will work in a clinic-based environment, providing exceptional speech-language services to ABA Therapy patients! 

This role is a Full-Time position & on-site at our Fort Worth clinic!

Compensation: Competitive annual salary + uncapped biweekly bonus potential.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assessments/evaluations
  • Development of individualized treatment plans for pediatric & adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Providing 1:1 direct Speech-Language services within 30 minute sessions
  • Co-treat with our Speech Supervisor, BCBAs, OTs, and Clinical Directors
  • Consult with parents and caregivers on a regular basis to discuss treatment and patient progress

Flexible Options: We also offer part-time and hourly positions for qualified candidates seeking flexible scheduling.

Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA preferred
  • Unencumbered license to practice as issued by the Texas state board
  • Preferably at least three years of experience working directly with children diagnosed with Autism.
