Job description

ob Title: Vault Associate Location: North Kingstown, RI Type: Contract Compensation: Pay Rate $19.00 Contractor Work Model: On-Site Hours: 40 hours per week, 1st shift (Monday-Friday, between 7am - 11am) Overview

Responsibilities

  • Perform ongoing inspection and quality control to ensure client product accuracy
  • Maintain the integrity of vault contents while managing workflow between Vault, Production, Product Fulfillment, and Delivery departments
  • Pull, count, and prepare cards for production using production pull sheets
  • Perform mid-day rushes and assist with rush orders
  • Pull and count cards for daily shipment requests
  • Verify JAAMS lot numbers when moving back stock to front stock and update the JAAMS system accordingly
  • Inspect open card trays for neatness, tape back stock, and label trays with count and client name (if less than 500)
  • Assist and follow up on problem solving with Data Card
  • Retrieve replacement cards using the Destruction log and perform JAAMS procedures
  • Conduct modified vault inventory on different JAAMS banks daily
  • Create generic sample cards for Visa, MasterCard, or clients as needed
  • Perform JAAMS remakes to ensure real-time inventory accuracy
  • Obtain and stock supplies as needed and keep work stations organized
Requirements
  • High School diploma
  • 1-3 years of inventory experience
  • Strong numerical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to stand, lift (up to 35 lbs.), sit, pull, and reach as required
  • Must pass pre-employment background check and urine drug screening
