Delivery Driver Responsibilities

  • Safely operate an Amazon delivery van to transport and deliver packages
  • Follow GPS routes and delivery instructions using a handheld device
  • Load, unload, and deliver packages up to 50 lbs to customers’ doorsteps
  • Physically step in and out of delivery van 200 times per day.
  • Work independently while staying active on your route
  • Provide excellent customer service while representing Amazon with professionalism
  • Adapt to traffic, weather, and route changes while maintaining safety standards
  • Commit to safety practices while driving and handling products
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy packages and perform physical tasks associated with loading/unloading goods.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • 1-2 years of driving experience preferred, but not required
  • Must be available to work at least one weekend day. Part-time positions require a minimum of 2 full days per week, and full-time positions require a minimum of 4 full days per week.
