Miller Brother Staffing Solutions is seeking reliable candidates for a Warehouse Order Builder position with a company in North East, PA. This is a 2nd shift position with a pay rate of $20.27/hour.
Warehouse Order Builder

Shift: 2nd 3pm-12:30pm Monday-Thursday, 3pm-8pm Friday
Pay Rate: $20.27
***Candidate must pass a drug screen and be open to a criminal background check***
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Order Builder / Pallet Banding Associate to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for accurately building customer orders onto pallets and securing completed pallets for shipment using banding equipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
  • Build customer orders onto pallets according to order sheets or shipping instructions
  • Stack and organize products safely and efficiently to prevent damage during transport
  • Secure completed pallets using manual or automatic banding equipment
  • Wrap, label, and prepare pallets for shipment
  • Verify order accuracy and inspect products for quality issues
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse work area
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
  • Meet daily productivity and shipping goals
Requirements
  • Previous warehouse, pallet building, or shipping experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to safely operate pallet banding tools and equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
