Hotworx Studio Managers and Trainers are typically responsible for leading infrared sauna-based fitness classes, assisting clients with proper equipment use, and supporting day-to-day studio operations. A Hotworx job typically involves working at a Hotworx infrared fitness studio, where employees assist members with virtual workout sessions, maintain studio cleanliness, and promote memberships. Positions may include Sales Associates, Trainers, or Studio Managers, each with varying responsibilities. Employees are expected to provide excellent customer service, ensure equipment functionality, and support the studio’s daily operations.
To thrive as a Hotworx Studio Manager or Trainer, you need knowledge of fitness instruction, group class management, and experience in customer service, preferably with certifications in personal training or group fitness. Familiarity with fitness studio software, scheduling platforms, and safety protocols is often required.
