Description
Group Fitness - Les Mills Shapes Instructor:
  • Lead high-intensity yet, low-impact sessions focusing on deep muscle activation
  • Guide participants through small, targeted movements using equipment like small balls or resistance bands
  • Provide clear instructions and modifications for various fitness levels
  • Ensure a high level of customer service to enhance the member, guest, and program participant experience and satisfaction

Requirements
  • At least 18 years old
  • Completion of the Les Mills Shapes Training
  • Within 4 months of hire: Group Fitness Certification in a mode taught at the YMCA of the Northern Sky
  • Follow specific Les Mills choreography notes and music structure
