Overview

Calling all passionate and detail-oriented individuals! Join our exceptional team as a Reservations Supervisor and be at the forefront of creating unforgettable guest experiences. We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven professional to lead our reservations team and ensure seamless operations. This role oversees the daily operations of the reservations department across Multiple Hotel and Resort Properties in a remote setting, ensuring exceptional guest service, reservation accuracy, and revenue conversion while developing a team of reservation agents through call auditing, coaching, and performance accountability. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with multi-system reservation expertise and a track record of coaching teams to success. 

The shift for this role is Tuesdays through Saturdays from 10:30am-7:00pm and subject to change based on business needs.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a reservations or front desk role within the hospitality industry preferred
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership position
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in reservation management systems and software
  • Knowledge of revenue management principles
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Resort, luxury hospitality, or multi-property reservation experience a plus
  • Experience auditing calls and conducting coaching sessions strongly preferred
  • Experience working in a remote setting a plus.
