Job description

We are looking for a motivated hotel maintenance taskaccomplisher with fantastic interpersonal and hospitality skills!
This property maintenance position assists the ChiefEngineer with the upkeep of all hotel fixtures, materials, and mechanicaldevices. He or she will perform regularly scheduled preventative maintenance aswell as repairs as needed.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Comply with all company safety standards and procedures
• Perform regular preventive maintenance as directed bythe Chief Engineer.
• Perform necessary repairs as directed by the ChiefEngineer.
• If maintenance or repairs are outside the MaintenanceEngineerâ€'s skill level, they are to work with the Chief Engineer to schedule/ monitor anoutside contractor as soon as possible without interfering with the guestexperience.
• Periodically check the hotelâ€'s fixtures, materials, andmechanical devices to ensure working order and to address any issues that maybe discovered. This includes monitoring, recording, and reporting as wellas repairing guest rooms, common areas, etc. on hotel property.
• Maintain all maintenance workshops and storage areas ina clean, tidy, and organized manner
